Women's safety and its issues are discussed and discussed around the world. Nevertheless, each year the number of reports of sexual harassment increases dramatically. Men and boys, we show our masculinity by the way we treat our women. Women now occupy top positions and make up a large part of any global career. Women are now more independent in every way. They are capable of caring for themselves and their families.
